As stated here previously, Obama's newly found black support propelled him to victory in South Carolina. This just pretty much put an end to Edward's campaign. To get badly beaten in his home state means that he will probably get destroyed on road.
Hillary still has the lead if you include pledges from superdelegates like democratic senators, governors, representatives, mayors, and people such as that. I am not sure, but I think those votes are mostly band wagon votes that are not set in stone.
People like to be a part of something special and claim that they did something positive. Voting for Obama may become the "cool thing to do". The key here will be Bill Clinton. He always attacks Obama and then gives a compliment.
The reason why is because Clinton will need Obama's help if Hillary were to lose. Even though he is attacking he must leave a window of partnership open with Barack. If Hillary starts to get beaten or attacks fiercely, Bill is going to have to distance himself from her a little. A very little! Al Gore is going to throw in a monkey wrench some how.
