Ice Cube

Where did you move to?
How big is young Cutter now?
Mine wakes up once or twice, which is tolerable.

Phelps was solid, but it is still swimming. It was the greatest performance but I think Bolt was the Greatest Athlete. Phelps was also granted a platform to do that much.

Top athletes for me are like, Bo, Cromartie, S. Taylor, hershel, Deion. Tiger Federer and all champions in a sport, but that doesn't mean you an athlete in my world.

They unleashed the PacMan. He will be a beast. Watch.

Moving Sucks

I havent given up- just in the middle of chaos- however my kid is sleeping thru the night, so i have that going for me.

to catch up:

Bolt may have ran a 9.5 something if he would have finished the 100 like he did the 200. that is sick- and the fact he is 6'5 or whatever- lord it was pretty to watch

Phelps run was ridiculous- no other word for it.

best athlete? name 10 sports and roll out the ball and see who places where in each of them- i would take Deion- Bolt would obviously beat him in a 100 but it would be closer then what would happen in baseball, fb, or hoops i bet.

screw decathletes

very interesting to see what Poly does this year- all starts Sat.

Merrimen sucks- he can go get on Farve's island.

AJ is joining as a contributor.

Worlds Greatest Athlete / Greatest Olympic Achievement

These two questions could require two much typing to make sound arguments. Given all the Olympic achievements lately, these two questions are all over the news.

Who is the worlds greatest athlete? Phelps, Bolt, Tiger, Kobe, Lebron, Federer etc. etc. etc. I don't know the answer to that. What I do know is who shouldn't be. Why is Tiger always included as the greatest athlete? Granted, his dedication, determination, concentration and hand-eye coordination is superior, however I've never seen him move faster than 3 miles an hour. How do we know he doesn't have the ability to leap over a grasshopper or throw a football without looking like my sister?
When I think of an athlete, I think of Antonio Cromartie, Deion, MJ, Randall El.
I'm not saying Tiger might not be a good athlete, but I'll put money on the fact that either of the 4 I just mentioned would crush Tiger in 95% of all sports. Thus being an athlete.

Greatest Olympic Achievement:
Real hard to answer.
Phelps won 8 golds. EIGHT! Along with breaking multiple world records.
Bolt smoked everyone. I've never seen it look that easy. 2 golds and 2 world records. For gods sake he didnt even look like he was trying in some of those qualifiers and finals.

I can't grasp my hands aroung which is more amazing. The only thing that keeps pulling me back to Bolt is the fact that short sprints are like the Holy Grail of the Olympics, summer or winter. The 100m & 200m to swimming is like the Super Bowl to the WNBA Championship Game.

Can you call one feat better than the other?

We aren't the fastest anymore

Guess what, the Jamaicans are the biggest freaks out!

The rough workkman life in Jamaica has forced them ahead in the evolutionary scale. They are starting to create more freaks per capita than America does. Take their genes combined with traning and nutrition from American universities and you create a superior specimen.

Why do they keeps saying that Brett Favre's deal include a blog?
They try to make the technology seem so difficult and impossible.
I met this New York rapper and told him how to create his own web page for free. He was amazed and thought he seen a ghost. He couldn't believe it.

How sad!

Your draft

How do you feel about it?
Don't give up on the blog. You are an early adopter and need to weather the storm. We can shift focus and talk about fatherhood. I guarantee there is more money on the line that way.

I wanted to draft Ricky Williams. I may trade for him.

Colt Brennan is ok. I think can be above average for the long haul.

Cube's new album drops tomorrow. It may be a classic!

Is China the greatest country in the world now?
Seriously!

My boy Cromartie

As we have discussed numberous times on here, Cromartie is sick and is better than Champ in my opinion. I watched Champ grow up in Washington, an Antonio is just ill.

In short, he’s one of those guys who can do just about anything, as Williams found out during Cromartie’s personal workout for the NFL before being drafted. As Cromartie was getting ready to do the vertical jump, he told Williams he would hit the 50-inch mark.

“I said, ‘Antonio, you’re not going to do that, you’re not an Olympic high jumper,’ ” said Williams, who has worked with Olympic athletes such as sprinter Lauryn Williams. “He just said, ‘We’ll see.’ So we get to the vertical jump and they set the top height at 44 inches.

“Well, Antonio jumps up and cups his hand over the top of the whole thing. Everybody goes silent and just kind of looks at each other. They didn’t know what to really do. But it takes awhile to set up the apparatus to measure the jump, so they just write 45 and move on. It was just ridiculous. It was way past 45, whatever it was.”

When it comes to Cromartie, it seems that the only boundaries are the dimensions of the field.
