I Got a Poll that you can Survey

Hillary's teary eyed moment did not spell doom for the Clinton campaign. This makes for a more spicy future in terms of the election. It would have been boring if Obama were to run away with such as the polls were stating. Polls and surveys are interesting and entertaining, but never accurate when dealing with humans. People, unlike damn near everything else, can change their mind. In politics, the polls can only be 50% accurate because something could happen between the poll and the actual vote which may cause the voter to go the other way. A brilliant man once said this about data and surveys, "Polls and Surveys are like a bikini, what they reveal is interesting, but what they cover up is vital". Meaning that data can be used to create any story, even when the story is not the truth.

Barack and Gore

That is a good ticket right there. Barack Obama for President and Al Gore as his Vice President! Barack Obama should see if Al Gore is down for a encore performance as VP. They would make the best combination.

The Black Republican

What ever happened to JC Watts? He was kinda cool. It was always neat to see him. He was like the a black spot on the big white wall.

There has been some recent development in regards to your comment about me being a liberal that wants to secretly be a conservative. My response was the the fact that I was the opposite and the description better suits you. I am actually a conservative that wants to be liberal.

My father and I discussed this concept. He better fits the liberal description, which is why he raised me from a conservative perspective. During Christmas time he asked me how come I was so racially sensitive. I said, "I'm black I supposed to be". He laughed and said "Just because you are black doesn't mean you can relate". He then said, "I raised you like a little white kid, so where did that ability to relate come from". My father was a school district superintendent of a multicultural district and he could recognize different parenting styles amongst his students. So when he says he raised me like a white kid, he probably did. From a personal standpoint, I was raised very similar to the kids in my neighborhood(once we moved out of the bad one), which was 93 percent non minority, so I can agree with is statement. I get my point of view from within and based upon how people treat me. I can relate innately so to speak.

What's funny is that my father and I like the Republican candidates more even though we will most likely vote for the black guy. I would vote for McCain if he were younger. He has been my favorite politician the last 3 years. I like Ron Paul but he is probably difficult to work with. My father likes Huckabee and agrees with his concepts. I actually like him too for his 'F' policies. I actually blogged about two of the 4 'F's: Faith, Family, Friends, Football. Huckabee uses 2 of those four 'F's that define CampTrotter which are Faith and Family.

We like the conservatives more but will probably vote for Obama.
Why? Because I want to see a brutha win! If Barack wins I am closer to my dream of having a chocolate dark, ball-headed, earing wearing, gold toothed president. You know, someone that resembles Chad Johnson!! When that happens, we have overcome.

Why Iowa?

There is no tangible reason why Iowa is important. Iowa gets so much attention because it is the first primary of many. I personally would not think that makes a big deal but politics ride on the bandwagon.
Hillary is must weather the storm and not do a Howard Dean.

I like this dude

I'm a big fan of Mr. Ron Paul. He's fun to watch.
I don't really know why I like him because I am not in agreement with all of his policies. I think because he sticks to his code and hasn't wavered yet.

I think I like him because he seems fundamentally objective.
He is about solving problems while being completely devoid of emotion and even compassion sometime. I think it's ok to take campaign money from shady sources if your plan is to do good with that money. It's a Robin Hood concept.
