Tiger Wood's lynching

When dealing with race, the subject matter sensitivity sometimes overwhelms objectivity. Sometimes things get said that are inappropriate and they must be addressed. Tiger Woods said he is ok with the comment made by the Golf Channel's Tilghman. If Tiger is fine with it than I am, no more no less. He knows her heart and good people make mistakes. If the potentially offended party is ok than I am. She is no Don Imus and is not known for being racial. She was sincere and professional in her apology and the other black people like Mr. Sharpton need to leave her alone. There have been a few times where my non-black affiliates have slipped up and used the the N-word around me or to me. Before getting upset, I usually inspect the heart of the individual and usually tell them to be careful around other black people that don't know them if they are to speak as such. I also tell them not to say it around some of my friends because they may get slapped, seriously.

Tiger Woods should be lynched?

That is exactly what the Golf Channel anchor said. I don't care what the context is, that is racist. It may be subconscious and she may have black friends but that was racial. CNN told me all day yesterday that America's race issues were resolved because Iowa voted for Obama. I guess they were wrong(I'm being sarcastic here people). The media should stop trying to tell black people that everything is all fair and equal. It is not, and it probably will never be. You know why? Because African Americans missed out on wealth opportunities. We can get rich, but few of us are wealthy. That is what slavery did. It disenfranchised African Americans and removed the concept of inheritance(number 1 wealth generator). Few people have ever discussed the impact that slavery had on wealth and its long term affects. I don't think they are tolerant and intelligent enough to actually investigate the issue properly. There are too many pent up emotions to study this objectively.
